UCWeb has just released a new version of its popular UC Browser HD for Windows 8 app, bringing several bug fixes, as well as feature improvements.

The application is now showing up in the Store for all Windows 8 adopters, regardless of the platform they’re using, as the browser works on x86, x64 and ARM builds of the operating system.

The new version comes with a new option to play videos directly in UC Browser, without launching another Modern app, but also with a pop-up blocker that gives you the option to decide whether you wish to load a pop-up or not.

Last but not least, you can now choose to clear all the search history or one specific item in the list, according to the release notes.
