That would make Windows so great, many users told us

Microsoft is reportedly working with partners for a significant change in the modern Windows operating system that would allow users to run Android apps right on their PCs.

That's clearly good news for millions of users out there and the early feedback clearly shows that if it does that, Microsoft can really win back the hearts of many consumers disappointed with the changes it made in Windows 8.

Those who posted on our social account pages explained that Microsoft "would be clever" to do this, while others pointed out that such a move would boost consumer appeal for the modern platform.

Truth is, there were also some voices who didn't agree with Microsoft's new direction, claiming that Android apps on Windows could make the operating system even more insecure and slow down their computers.

Of course, if the news are real, it all comes down to Microsoft and the way it manages to bring Android apps in Windows, as the overall performance of the operating system is a decisive factor for the success a new software solution is experiencing these days.
