Windows 8.1 / Blue build 9385 got leaked on the Internet a couple of days ago, but word is that Microsoft partners are already testing a brand new version of the operating system.

A new round of screenshots shows that Windows 8.1 Pro Preview build 9388 has been sent to select developers for testing purposes, indicating that Microsoft is releasing early versions of the next Windows release on a weekly basis.

There are no details on the changes that could be implemented in this build, but expect it to be a bit faster and more stable, as the tech giant is clearly looking to fix all issues before the public beta projected to arrive in June.

There’s no Start button for the time being, so in case Microsoft is indeed planning to bring back the iconic feature, it would most likely be released at the BUILD developer conference.
