Microsoft will launch the new Windows 8.1 Preview tomorrow, but a new build of the operating system has reportedly reached the web a few minutes ago.

Windows 8.1 Preview build 9431 is now available for select testers, with some sources claiming that this could actually be the version that Microsoft plans to release tomorrow during the BUILD conference.

As far as features are concerned, they all seem to be there, including the highly-anticipated Start button, the new Metro app and more Start screen customization options.

No download link is available for the time being, but expect more details to be provided in just a few hours as we get closer to the public debut of the new operating system.

Keep in mind that Windows 8.1 Preview is going to be released as both a Windows Store update and as a separate ISO, so chances are that this could be the official Milestone Preview build.
