Microsoft has made the update available for users who installed a language pack too

Microsoft released the Windows 8.1 Preview update in 13 different languages, so users who installed a language pack on their Windows 8 computers were not allowed to deploy the new release.

According to a report released by Neowin, the software giant has now made it possible for everyone to install the Preview, so no matter if you installed a language pack or not, you can still get the update from the Store.

Of course, the Windows Store update can be used to install the Preview on both desktops and tablets, so Surface RT owners can get it too.

Microsoft is yet to publicly confirm this update, but given the fact that so many users who previously installed language packs want to try out the Preview, expect more details to be provided soon.
