Here’s a concept illustrating a potential Windows 8.2 Enterprise concept

Windows 8.1 Preview is now available for all users and sources familiar with the matter are now claiming that a second major Windows 8 update could see daylight at some point under the 8.2 designation.

This Windows 8.2 Enterprise Preview concept designed by DeviantArt user nik255, the same one who created the Windows 8.2 Pro Preview artwork we told you about a few days ago, is even more focused on the desktop, making it a bit simpler, but in line with the Modern style released by Microsoft.

As you can see, the built-in File Explorer, the Start button, and the Taskbar icons would be refined and would provide a much cleaner look, while the file manager would come with support for tab browsing.

Of course, chances are that Microsoft would make only minor improvements to the desktop in the next Windows release, but it’s good to know that some people are already thinking about ways to improve traditional features in the operating system.
