Rumors regarding Windows Threshold keep spreading all over the world and even though it's not yet clear whether this is the upcoming Windows 9 or just an update for Windows 8.1, designers have already started work on new concepts.

DeviantArt user 34moiso has created a concept that he calls Windows 9 Threshold, a potential new version of the operating system that brings together the Windows Store and the Windows Phone Store.

At the same time, this new interpretation of the operating system comes with options to sync your phone with the desktop computer or tablet, while dedicated icons show which apps have been installed on both platforms.

Last but not least, the concept brings the idea of downloading free or paid books from the store, thus giving new functionality to tablets running the upcoming operating system.
