Microsoft has introduced a redesign to the Windows Live Messenger Help Center, a website dedicated to answering the most common questions that users of the instant messaging client have.

Here are some examples of questions that the center is designed to provide answers to “Why can't I sign in to Messenger?” “How do I change my password?” and “How do I sign in to and out of Messenger on the web from Hotmail?”

In addition to listing a number of questions, the center also provides a collection of solutions that Messenger users can take advantage of.

There are additional resources on the site, such as a number of How-To topics, and links to forums, a page enabling users to provide feedback and a place to check service status.
