Several apps received an update today in the store

Microsoft keeps improving Windows 10, so today an important batch received new updates through the built-in store, including the store itself.

Unfortunately, just like Microsoft does in the last few months, no release notes are available, so if you download these new versions, it's only with the hope of getting bug fixes and performance improvements that should make all the updated apps work better and be more reliable.

These are the six Microsoft apps that received an update today:

PowerPoint Mobile
Mail and Calendar
Store
Excel Mobile
Groove Music
Get Office
The store update might be the most important for the majority of users because it could also fix the problems they have been experiencing since the debut of Windows 10. Many users were unable to download and install apps from the store, while others complained that it was impossible to even launch it due to what seemed to be a bigger issue affecting several other universal apps.

Right now, there's no confirmation that this new update fixes all problems with the store, but it's worth a try, especially if you're one of the users whose computers have been impacted by this problem.

As usual, all updates are delivered through the store itself, so in case you can't see them from the very beginning, go to Downloads and updates and force check for updates.
