Auto-update version verification bug bumps up version number

The stable revision of uTorrent has been updated to a new major build recently. The version bump, however, was forced by a bug (auto-update version verification bug) and did not occur as a consequence of development progress.

Additional fixing available in this release address a crash problem in magnet URI. Furthermore, the developer took care of an issue that affected the activation of the Plus version of the software.

Also on the list of repairs is a fix for the application hanging on shutdown and for issues with downloading metadata.

Users should notice that the fresh build maintains the upload rate limit when switching off the download limit.
