Developer adds solution to prevent constant re-spawning

BitTorrent has released a new build for uTorrent 3.3.1 beta. The release notes inform mostly of repairs, but there is one new feature available, as well, to prevent constant re-spawning.

First on the list of repairs is the issue with the file check stuck at zero percent. The developer also fixed a problem that crashed the client when playing media files in BitTorrent Plus.

Additional fixes refer to a bunch of issues that occurred upon installation of the client if another version is already installed.

This is also the reason the developer recommends removing previous versions of the client before getting this one (build 29525) on the system. Alternatively, you can delete the “updates.dat” file and the updates folder before installing this revision.

Last on the list of fixes is a regression that affected the color of uTorrent’s progress bar.
