No word on included changes, though, in this update

Microsoft has just released a new batch of updates for apps that come pre-installed on Windows 10 Mobile devices, including for Phone, OneDrive, and PowerPoint.

Microsoft Phone, in particular, is expected to get several bug fixes, especially because users have been complaining about issues with the app in the last few weeks, so without a change log, it’s safe to assume that Redmond focused specifically on addressing these problems.

At the same time, OneDrive and PowerPoint most likely received some optimizations too, with these updates now being delivered to devices already running Windows 10 Mobile.

Microsoft Phone is one of the universal apps available on Windows 10 and comes with a similar look and features on both PCs and smartphones. Undoubtedly, however, it’s particularly important for Windows 10 Mobile users who need improvements to make calls and manage contacts easier, as some claim that for the moment, the Phone app’s UI is even worse than the interface implemented in Windows Phone.

Certainly, Microsoft is aware of these complaints and this is why it releases updates at a faster pace than before, but up until now, significant changes in terms of UI and features are yet to arrive.

Needless to say, all Windows 10 Mobile users are recommended to get these updates as soon as possible by launching the store and clicking the Downloads and updates section.
