Portable EmEditor Professional

With Portable EmEditor Professional, you could waste time and treat it as your normal day-to-day text editor, but its capabilities lie in the possibility of helping users with their HTML, Python, and Java coding, improving on the features offered by similar applications in the field.

One must note that even as a simple text editor, it still manages to impress with plenty of included features that you'd find missing in other places.

In my case, I felt this application looked almost identical to your average Windows-included Notepad application. I really liked this aspect, since even though simpler, the original Microsoft-proposed text editor is still efficient to this day.

In my case, any similarities are a welcomed bonus. Now, the tons of feature bars will make you feel a bit claustrophobic, but they also tend to the user's needs with various text editing options, special coding functions, and plenty of other smaller perks in between.

Working with this program was indeed a pleasure. Replacing snippets within my text was a very easy task to do. I have to agree that having all the options displayed on top is helpful, although it needs getting used to.

Some other aspects worth mentioning in my case were the filter and search bars, which both are once again more useful when coding. If you can't find the exact function or snippet you are looking for, you can use these two functions to actually identify what you are looking for in a matter of seconds.

Not much else is needed, besides your coding knowledge which can either be Java, HTML, C++, or Python related, because in this case all of these languages are fluently spoken by this program.

Portable EmEditor Professional is definitely a go-to-app in the coding field, and can easily be used as a text editor if you find the inclusion of so many options helpful or intriguing.
