PDF to Excel Converter

PDF to Excel Converter is an application created to help you quickly convert large numbers of PDF documents to Microsoft Excel XLS format.

It's almost impossible to get lost in the program's GUI because it's all very intuitive and the essential information is available right in the main window.

The same window plays a double role: not only that it provides important details on the files to be processed, but it also lets you configure the conversion task per se, all with the help of very simple options.

For instance, you first need to select the source PDF documents and the page range to be converted, with PDF to Excel Converter offering two different settings: all pages or a user-defined range. It can recognize graphical tables and convert them too.

Once the new file has been selected, the main screen shows each item along with source folder, size and selected pages information.

The output settings are available at the bottom of the window, again with two available options: it can be either the same as source PDF file or a different, user-defined one.

The conversion job doesn't take much time and it all goes very smooth, but we've found some problems when it comes to the original layout of the tables. PDF to Excel Converter doesn't manage to retain the formatting, so you may need to make manual adjustments once the conversion comes to an end.

Overall however, PDF to Excel Converter is worth a try, mostly because it supports batch processing too and it comes with so easy to use options. A help section is also available, but chances are that you don't need it thanks to the user-friendly approach.
