Windows 9 Product Key Viewer is a small-sized and portable software application that can be used for recovering the serial number of your operating system, in case you have lost or forgotten it. It comes in handy when you're planning to reinstall Windows to get a fresh copy, for instance. It does not include complicated options, making it suitable to all types of users, and it works for the latest Windows version as well as older ones (until XP).

Since installation is not a prerequisite, you can drop the executable file in a custom directory on the HDD and just click it to run. There is also the possibility of saving Windows 9 Product Key Viewer to a USB flash disk to directly run it on any computer with minimum effort and no previous installers.

What's more, the Windows registry does not get updated with new entries, and no other files are created on the HDD without your permission, leaving it clean after removal.

As expected, the software utility has minimal impact on computer resources, since it runs on a very low quantity of CPU and RAM. It is very responsive to commands, shows accurate information and works well, without causing Windows to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. We have not come across any issues throughout our tests.
