EBook Maestro FREE

EBook Maestro is a software application that comes packed with some powerful tools for creating ebooks and virtual presentations.

The interface of the program is clean and pretty intuitive. You can get started by specifying a name for the ebook and author, homepage, contact email, reviews/awards page, and copyright HTML string. But you can also make the app open a URL on exit.

In the next panel, you may specify the ebook directory and default file, left panel sub-directory and default file, as well as an ebook icon and the output directory for the executable file.

EBook Maestro comes with plenty of customization settings regarding the user interface of the resulted file. For example, you can include a minimize and maximize button, allow the window to be resizable, as well as specify the number of pixels for the start width, start height and minimum width for the main panel.

You can make the app restore the window size or position on startup, as well as disable the cut, copy, paste and print functions, along with dragging selection and print-screen based tools. The context menu may show the cut, copy, past, print, select all and find options; EBook Maestro allows you to edit their captions. Other settings revolve around the search bar, control bar and left panel.

The program uses a very low amount of CPU and system memory, has a good response time and quickly compiles an executable file. No error dialogs have been displayed throughout our testing and EBook Maestro did not freeze or crash; we haven't experienced any issues. Thanks to its intuitive layout and overall simplicity, users of any level of experience can quickly adapt to EBook Maestro's environment. Unfortunately, no recent updates have been made.
