Help Creator is a lightweight cross-platform utility built specifically for helping you design help manuals. It comes in handy especially for programmers who are looking for a simple-to-use tool for creating HLP files for their applications.

The generated project can be exported to HTML, RTF, or plain text file. You can make Help Creator open the help file at the end of the task and create backups.
