Powerful CD burning software with loads of features

You can't call yourself an excellent computer user until you know how to burn discs. For this you will need a burning suite software.
While other similar applications have taken over this domain (e.g. Nero), and most people like to stick to what they know, other less known names are struggling to keep up.
So, there are many options when it comes to burning discs. One of them is the NTI Media Maker 9 Premium. With this tool you can burn CDs in different formats, either audio, video or data.
Its interface is very "welcoming", and you can clearly see the developers put an emphasis on the graphical details (in the full version you can switch themes).
In the main screen you can select to burn a video, data, audio, or photo disc, as well as copy one.
The Utilities section includes Test Drive, an area which shows many information about media speed, drives, media, system, and DriveTuneup.
By using the Photo option, you can create a photo disc, VCD/DVD slideshow, or cinematic slideshow.
The application seems to work well, but the most annoying part about is that because it's a trial version, every action you take first directs you to a window where you are invited to purchase the product.
In addition, there is no "back" button once you have selected a sub-menu or feature, and you have to press the small x on the top right corner (the button which usually exits the entire software).
NTI Media Maker also takes a little longer to load its functions at times, but there's no major problem to worry about. CPU memory is moderately used.
The bottom line is that NTI Media Maker is an ok program. You have to try it for yourself to form an opinion.
