    Open HTML files in a CD AUTORUN.INF

    WinOpen allows apps to be run or documents to be opened in a CD AUTORUN.INF.
    The WinOpen application was designed to be a very small Win32 application that gives you much better control over what application is run or what file is opened within an AUTORUN.INF file.
