Blindwrite is a Windows program that can really help you a lot when trying to copy CDs and DVDs, but the most important thing is that it can replace a traditional CD/DVD-Rom altogether.

In fact, what Blindwrite really does is to create a virtual drive, just like the many other similar software solutions out there, but it also comes with some extra goodies for its users.

Blindwrite has the power to copy a disc on the fly, but also to create images from CDs and DVDs. The configuration chapter is almost inexistent because although it has some settings options, most of the adjustments can be done straight from the main window without wasting much time.

Everything worked okay during our test, and although we’re pretty satisfied with the way Blindwrite works, we admit a more appealing interface would be a godsend, especially for those who try to get the most out of the application.

Unfortunately, the help menu is almost completely missing, even if many users would need such an option especially when running the app for the first time.

But all in all, Blindwrite is still a smart choice, not only because it supports most CD and DVD writers on the market, but also becomes it is being delivered with a decent price.
