SmartErase

SmartErase is a dedicated software solution that was designed to help computer users, rookies and professionals alike, to erase data that has been stored onto optiocal discs through a compatible drive.

The application provides users with two apparently different erasing modes, a "Quick Erase" and a "Full Erase" one, but both of the features remove files permanently from the discs that they operate on. The difference between the two i that "Full Erase" lasts longer and is probably more thorough in the removal of the files from the optical discs, so that no data recovery programs might be able to restore any bit of the processed information after it's done.

The application can be easily deployed on the target computer, as it doesn't require any installation. You just need to unpack the archive it comes in and launch the executable, since SmartErase is actually portable. The fact that it's a portable tool also means that it can be run from any removable storage media such as USB flash drives or external HDDs without worrying about it tampering with your Windows registry entries or creating any additional files or folders on your PC.
