If you’re in the market searching for a powerful CD or DVD burner, you sure know that there are tons of software solutions able to do virtually everything you ever dreamed about with a simple disc.
Well, DiscJuggler does the same too, but what’s more important is that it can do a lot of other things, such as cloning a CD and DVD, extracting files from a disc or creating images.
The application is so powerful that you’ll find its interface a bit overwhelming when you’ll first see it, but the whole thing is actually a lot easier than that.
Hitting the New Task option options a whole new universe, because you’re prompted to choose between a lot of options, including creating new CDs, DVDs or BDs, creating MP3, WMA, WAV or CD compilations, copying discs from the same burner, copying discs on the fly, creating or burning disc images or erasing discs.
Afterwards you’ll see an interface that looks pretty familiar because it’s similar to the ones we’ve seen in CD and DVD burners. You just have to pick the files you wish to work with, play a little bit with the burning settings and that’s it.
The options menu is the part that impressed us the most during our test because it includes so many settings that you’ll spend a few minutes just starring at them.
The conclusion is that DiscJuggler is worth a try, despite the fact that it comes with a hefty price even if the market is full of freeware alternatives.
