Easy MPEG / AVI / DIVX / WMV / RM to DVD is a Windows application designed to convert popular video formats to DVD and burn the project automatically.
You don’t need to be a computer guru to learn how to use Easy MPEG / AVI / DIVX / WMV / RM to DVD because everything’s quite intuitive and all features are grouped in a single window.
Although there are no other settings to play with, which can only be good news for beginners, Easy MPEG / AVI / DIVX / WMV / RM to DVD remains a powerful application that still offers the most important utilities when it comes to creating new DVDs.
For instance, the program works with both PAL and NTSC TV modes, it supports 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios, it lets you choose the DVD recorder and even boasts a preview screen in the main window to allow you to watch the clips to be processed.
As for the supported formats, they’re all mentioned in its name, which means that the application can convert MPEG, AVI, DivX, WMV and RM files to DVD.
Besides the fact that it can convert all these files to DVD and burn the project automatically, Easy MPEG / AVI / DIVX / WMV / RM to DVD also offers dedicated tools to save the project on the local disks or even burn another locally stored one to disc without prior configuration.
The conversion engine is stable and fast, but we’ve noticed a moderate usage of the hardware resources during the process. It works well on faster workstations though, but older computers may experience major slowdowns.

It still needs some improvements though to become a top product, including more customization options and support for more video formats.
