Ana's Archiver - Store images and other files in encrypted archives and view them easy

Ana's Archiver is a complete solution for organizing and protecting sensitive data, e.g., images and video and conveniently viewing them safely. The files can be encrypted individually or in strong encrypted archives that hide the boundaries of the individual files and their properties, e.g., name, directory path information, size and time stamps.

Ana's Archiver automates the entire process or organizing and storing images and other files. The files can be organized according to name patters, compared to find repeated ones, encrypted and the original files can be safely wiped with build-in secure file shredder.

Ana's Archiver uses strong symmetric encryption methods AES 256 bit, TDES, RC2 , etc. all in CBC mode so no patterns are shown no matter how many files are encrypted. Key generation is based on PKCS5 with SHA256. Any algorithm parameter can be changed.

The build-in image and text viewer decrypt the data on-the-fly in RAM, so the files can be seen without extracting and decrypting them explicitly. Other files are decrypted renamed in an encrypted and can be open with any application. The temporary files properly wiped on exit or upon request. A secure text editor can edit directly encrypted text file and open web links.

Archive contents are shown as a familiar folder tree with easy folder and files navigation. Ana's Archiver supports previews of all archive folders, thumbnails, full screen mode and slide shows. The favorites list allows easy manipulation of groups of selected files.

Ana's Arhiver is designed with security in mind. It leaves no traces in system and has minimal windows explorer integration. A quick exit mode (Alt+X) is supported in every window.

The specific registry traces are wiped at program exit and the page file can be wiped at system shutdown. A mouse only keyboard enables entering sensitive passwords to protect against hidden key loggers. An exit timer is used to close the program even if you forget it open. Requires .NET
