EZnote was designed as a pop up reminder utility that is quick and simple to use. After you run EZnote for the first time, it may be set to be launched each time you start your pc.
Eznote is a really quick and simple to use reminder program. It sits in your system tray for easy access and a popup note reminder will alert you of every reminder you have entered.
Never forget birthday's, appointments, absolutely anything. When the popup reminder is on screen, you can simply click ok, add the reminder for the same date and time next year, next day or ask to be reminded again in 10 minutes.
When EZnote starts, a small yellow face icon will sit in your system tray at the bottom of your screen. Clicking this with the left mouse button will open EZnote and clicking with the right button will end it.
If you click the help button on the main screen, you can disable or enable this option but if you choose to disable, you will not be alerted of any reminder notes until you start EZnote.
EZnote will alert you on any date and time you specify with a pop up screen showing you the details you saved. It will alert you of birthdays, appointments or simple things you may forget and reminders can be added and edited easily.
EZnote can be used on as many Pc's as you wish. Simply install EZnote as you did the first time, the only exception is that if you have been using EZnote and have entries already stored you should copy the original database file which is the file that contains all your entries to the other Pc's after installation.
Simply copy the file EZnote.mdb from the directory where EZnote resides, (the directory where you originally installed EZnote) on to a floppy or CD and replace the database file on the other Pc's with this copy so all your entries will be transferred to your other Pc's.
On the main screen, click "Help", "Backup database" then choose the destination to save and the current database will be saved there. It is a good idea to backup your database on a regular basis should you ever accidentally erase or loose the original one. If this should ever happen you need to copy your backup to the EZnote directory.
