FuzzyClock is a simple and nice alternative to the default clock from the Windows system tray and it is based on the "fuzzy time" option from KDE.
The text of the clock is more human-readable than the standard numeric time; "12:14 PM" becomes "Quarter past twelve".
The program consists of FuzzyClock.exe and FuzzyHook.dll. Just extract these files to whichever directory you prefer. Double-click on FuzzyClock.exe to launch the program and change your system clock.
A clock icon is added to the system tray, on which the user can double-click or right-click to exit FuzzyClock.
