Z Timer

Z Timer is a small Windows application designed specifically for helping you work with an alarm clock, countdown timer or stopwatch.

The program gives you the possibility to switch between the alarm clock, countdown timer or stopwatch displaying mode. For customization and configuration settings, you can check out the Options panel.

Z Timer gives you the possibility to set the countdown timer in hours, minutes and seconds, start, pause, or stop the timer, as well as change the colors of the buttons revealed in the main window. You may alter the background color as well.

Other notable settings worth being mentioned enable you to choose between several preset sound notifications, which can be tested directly into the primary panel, play once the audio file or activate the loop function, and run a custom program and website when the alarm is triggered or time is up.

Last but not least, you can make the application show a user-defined text message, which can be written directly into the primary panel or pasted from the clipboard, and pick the message style (normal, warning, critical or info).

Tests have shown that Z Timer carries out a task quickly. It doesn’t eat up a lot of CPU and memory, so the overall performance of the computer is not burdened.
