Every activity we perform takes time, and we only got so much of it every day. Modern devices are all equipped with a small display that shows you the time so you don't miss any appointments. Even your desktop computer lets you know what time it is. There are even external applications and utilities like qWatch that put a better looking clock on your desktop packed with a few more features.

The application comes in a very light package and doesn't require any installation for proper functionality. As soon as you run the executable, an analog clock pops on your desktop with various details encapsulated in the round display.

You can move it anywhere you want, but make sure it doesn't overlap anything important because it stays on top of everything else and this option cannot be disabled. What you can do for a little more comfort is set the transparency level by choosing from a few values. It can be minimized to the system tray, but this questions practicality almost entirely, considering Windows already shows the time near the system tray.

Sooner or later you might want to check out all entries hidden in the context menu. Right clicking on the application lets you manage a few general details for visual and technical customization. Sadly, these are rather poor, so you better like the default design because there's not much to do about it.

Visual details give you the possibility to set transparency, as mentioned above, as well as add a logo, which is merely a text string of maximum ten characters. Considering there's little variety in customization, it would have been useful to be able to at least choose a few other skins for the clock itself.

We might say that visuals are not the main feature, especially because technical tweaks benefit from a little more flexibility. As such, a second clock can be configured to run, a built- in calendar lets you view date, while an alarm makes sure you're alerted of upcoming events.

Bottom line is that you can just stick with the default time tracking method that Windows puts at your disposal. Sure, it provides a highly-detailed analog model, with an option to pick a second location to track time and a built-in alarm, but overall practicality, implemented features and poor customization leave some more to be desired.
