Monsters Inc is a fresh new icon collection featuring various characters from the animation movie with the same name.

As for what characters are being depicted, you have Boo, Mike Wazowski, James P. "Sulley" Sullivan, Randall Boggs and the official movie logo.

The pack contains three folders, each containing the same images but in three different formats: ICNs, ICO, and PNG.

The PNG folder is the one which offers more variety than the rest since it itself contains another eight sub-folders, each containing PNG images in resolutions ranging from 16x16 up to 256x256.

This makes this pack excellent regardless if you are planning on using them as simple application icons, as an added element in more elaborate drawings, or even as folder icons that could be viewed as large objects.

One thing worth noting, especially for the fans of the Movie series is that the icon depictions are not taken straight from the movie, instead, they are drawn versions of various characters.

This can be observed as some of them have slightly different proportions than the originals. While quality-wise the icons are good, even when viewed on a high-resolution monitor (1920x1080), the modified art style may be a bit of a turnoff for some fans of the series.
