Default configurations are listed for the first and second monitor, and you can alter them when it comes to the screen's width, height, bits per pixel, and frequency.

The two monitor profiles can be swapped. Once you click the Ok button, the new resolution is immediately applied to the screen.

Unsurprisingly, the utility left a small footprint on system resources, thanks to the fact that it needed low CPU and RAM to function normally. No error dialogs popped up and it didn't hang or crash.
