The Polite Pointer hides your mouse pointer whenever typing occurs and shows it again when the mouse moves. It also hides messy desktop icons and the Windows taskbar, beautifying your desktop while providing a moderate level of security and privacy while you are away from your computer.

When the mouse pointer covers text, information, or pictures on your computer screen it can be frustrating and counterproductive. The mouse pointer should only show when you are using the mouse.
