Wootificator is simple tool that was designed to sit in your system tray and waits patiently until a time that you specify.
When that time comes, it downloads Woot.com's homepage, and scans the page for keywords you specify.
If a keyword in the list is found, you can do any or all of the followig three different things at the same time:
Popup a notification window near the bottom right corner of the screen and optionally play a sound
Send an e-mail to a specified address using a specified mail server with ESMTP capabilities (smtp auth)
Launch an external application and pass it variables from within the Wootificator program
