Search & Replace 98 was developed to be a text search and replace application that will do its work on single text files or an entire directory.

Limitations:

· Currently, Search & Replace 98 has space for only 25 custom filters.
· When recursive directory replacement is selected, Search & Replace 98 does a replacement on all directories in the tree.
· Search & Replace 98 cannot read binary files.
· Search & Replace 98 cannot process network drives unless they are mapped.
