The highlight in amagno are magnets. amagno spares all classic filing systems and replaces it by magnets. The magnet rules provide an automatic assignment of files, emails and invoices to free definable topics such as file references, documents, ranks, terms and much more. Each file is stored only once, but it can be assigned to several magnets at the same time. If the content or the additional information of the file changes, the assignment to the magnets changes automatically.
Files can be restructured without risk. Moving of files is no longer required. There is no more search for a suitable file location for a new file. Large amounts of data can be easily imported and classified automatically via magnets. This way, users can even prevent wrong data storage or duplicate entries.
amagno uses messaging systems known from social networks for its groups. This allows every user to communicate and distribute information without sending emails. The document management itself makes announcements automatically, e.g. concerning the processing status of documents. In order to structure the amount of messages a novel arrangement system for messages was integrated. Thereby, an infornamtion overload is prevented and every user is allowed to concentrate on the essentials.
amagno comprises a central storage of files in groups and an automatic structure via magnets. The recycle bin enables access to accidentally deleted files, even on the network. Files can be launched via double klick. The amagno toolbox provides additional meta information to every file and access to change history, messages, and much more.
amagno waives expensive integrations in ERP-, CRM-systems or specialized applications. Therefore, the amagno client provides a hot key search. By pressing predefined keyboard shortcuts in any application, the search in amagno is performed within seconds. Previously marked characters are applied for the search. This makes switching between applications unnecessary for performing quick search. The toolbox displays the text-context information for all entries found. Files can be dragged out of the result list to other applications or emails.
