mdSync is an open source media syncing tool for Android. The user interface is simple and allows you to synchronize your locally stored media with your Apple device.
The application enables you to overwrite older music, show tracks to copy or the uncopied tracks.
Here are some key features of "mdSync":
· Byte-for-Byte copies of all music, so all metadata, such as embedded album art, are preserved
· Will sync playlists from both Winamp and iTunes to your Android device
· Fast sync
· Writes to both Internal and SD Card storage
· Easy Drag & Drop interface

Bug Fixes:
· Corrected logic where mdSync would report there wasn't enough free space for the sync even though there was
· Corrected error that occurred when clicking on the list of "dropped" playlists
Enhancements:
· Add the ability to choose if "file last modified" dates should be checked when a sync is occurring. Previously, if a file was already synced, the last modified data on the phone would be compared to that last modified date on the PC. If the PC file was newer, the phone file was overwritten. Now the user can choose to ignore this and not overwrite the "old" file on their phone with the "new" file on their PC
· Streamlined the process that looks for already synced playlists. mdSync no longer looks recursively through the phone. mdSync now only looks in the location where mdSync creates the .m3u playlists, speeding up startup
