Amigo is a program which enables you to manage your favorites list in a very fast, flexible and powerful way.

When I decided to make Amigo it was because it was time consuming to manage my favorites. I had long lists of favorites and everytime I wanted to find something it was rather tedious and sometimes difficult to find. When a URL went dead my favorites list ends up with garbage links.

Amigo attempts to solve this problem by automatically finding re-directed links and then updating the Amigo favorites. I have tried my best to create a small, wonderful program that will be a joy to use by all.

Useful for people from all walks of life. Researchers, Students could use easy to use bookmarking, share links among peers.

People working in a medium - large sized company who have something like a huge portal where a lot of links get dumped and then you need to find links deep within the organisation structure. Web/Application developers could use the Data Inflow/Outflow to see if their applications are sending the data that they had intended and receiving the data from servers/other locations that they expected.

Networks folks can use Amigo to see which applications are connected to the internet and also see which ports are being used (has auto refresh and saving functionality). They could also use port scanning to make sure that unnecessary ports are closed so that they are not exposed to Trojans/Worms.

· Show inflow/outflow of TCP/UDP packets.
· Shows Process and Port mapping
· Useful system information like (WAN and LAN IP Address) and other stuff
· Port scanning to see which unecessary ports are open on your computer (with names of Trojans/Worms that can exploit those open ports)
