AIM Pro is the productivity software you can use to send instant messages, share files with your contacts, make video and voice calls and manage meetings and communicate more efficiently within and outside your company.
By using a headset or a computer with a working microphone and speakers, you can simply call a contact and communicate through voice interaction with AIM Pro. Video conferencing can also be executed using a working computer camera, microphone and speakers.

· Send IMs and see who is online, even if your contacts use other popular IM clients such as other versions of AIM, ICQ, GoogleTalk, Jabber, IBM SameTime, or Live Communication Server.
· Import your corporate directory into AIM Pro and quickly communicate with colleagues in your organization.
· Add voice to your session with a PC-to-PC call.
· Add video to your session.
· Invite up to ten others to participate in a chat session.
· Host online meetings. Use the AIM Pro calendar to schedule and be reminded about meetings. To enjoy this feature you will need to sign up for a WebEx account.
· Share your desktop to show your files. Pass control to your guest and allow him or her to manipulate files on your desktop
