AIM Pro is the instant messaging and collaboration tool for business use.

AIM Pro is the productivity software you can use to send instant messages, share files on your desktop, make video and voice calls and manage meetings and communicate more efficiently within and outside your company.

With AIM Pro you can:
· Send IMs and see who is online, even if your contacts use other popular IM clients such as other versions of AIM, ICQ, GoogleTalk, Jabber, IBM SameTime, or Live Communication Server.
· Import your corporate directory into AIM Pro and quickly communicate with colleagues in your organization.
· Add voice to your session with a PC-to-PC call.
· Add video to your session.
· Invite up to ten others to participate in a chat session.
· Host online meetings. Use the AIM Pro calendar to schedule and be reminded about meetings. To enjoy this feature you will need to sign up for a WebEx account.
· Share your desktop to show your files. Pass control to your guest and allow him or her to manipulate files on your desktop

· Memory: 128 MB RAM
· Disk space: 20 MB free hard drive space (40MB of temporary space for the installation)
· Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
· Internet Connection: Internet connection that allows full Internet usage (not just a free email service);Minimum requirement: Dial-up 56 kbps; Recommended: Broadband connection
· Email program: Microsoft Outlook 2000 SP4 or later; Microsoft Outlook Express. Using Outlook, you can import email addresses and meeting information into AIM Pro automatically
· Audio: Full duplex sound card and a headset
· Video: At least 1.8 GHz CPU, 800x600 resolution, 256 colors or more, and a Webcam
