Net Send GUI is a plain and simple interface for the Net Send command. Rather than typing the command, you can use this little interface to send a message to a specified user or the entire domain or group.
Since the program uses the built-in windows messaging, no additional software is needed by the recipients - it just requires that the Windows Messenger Service is running.
