Easy MP3 Downloader is a tool that lets you search an extensive database for MP3 files and download them.

Users are advised to pay attention during installation. Since this is an ad-supported product, Easy MP3 Downloader offers to download and install the Hot MP3 Toolbar.

The program has a user-friendly and attractive interface. You simply input the artist and/or song name, hit the search button, and view results that are immediately displayed.

Before downloading, you can click the song to preview it, so you know for certain you have found exactly what you wanted. When you download it, you have to set the file name, output directory, bitrate, and ID3 tags (title, artist, album).

Even when a task is in progress, you can preview the song (it's also possible to do this while looking for other music). In addition, you can download several songs at the same time, and view the current most popular songs, by category.

Unfortunately, the trial version of Easy MP3 Downloader only allows you to download five full-length songs, after which it downloads half the size of each song. A task can take from several seconds to several minutes to complete, according to the size of the MP3.

During our test, we have encountered just one single problem.  While we were downloading two MP3 files at once, Easy MP3 Downloader crashed.

Upon reinitializing the software, we have noticed that the incomplete file was taken out of the quota of five full-length songs, of course. A second crash happened when we tried selecting a file from the download list.

Otherwise, Easy MP3 Downloader is a simple and effective tool that downloads MP3s from the Internet, and it uses a moderate amount of system resources.
