With FLV Downloader application you will be able to save Flash videos from Internet sites like YouTube and Google Video to your PC in either flv or avi file formats while you watch them in your browser. The program runs in the background, in system tray, and will ask you to save video when you begin watching one. It saves you time and bandwidth, as it saves videos as they are playing in your browser.

Its functionality can be easily accessed by hot keys. Furthermore, it supports simultaneous downloads, and flv to avi conversion. On top of that it is easily configurable, and for example can be started automatically with Windows.

FLV Downloader operates by monitoring your Internet connection for incoming flash video content. When it sees that there is an incoming flash video content, it will prompt you to save that video. You can save flash video in either its native - FLV format, or in compressed Audio Video Interleaved (AVI) format, that is much more accessible and can be played on a variety of devices - not just computer.
