FanFictionDownloader is a software that can download content from fan fiction websites and save it in your preferred format.
The user interface is plain and simple. First you have to go to the "Configuration" menu and set the output destination for downloaded files. Plus, you can set the structure of the output file name (according to author, story name, category and updated time).
You can also disable the option to delete the temporary HTML file after conversion, as well as disable paste monitoring.
