SRTDownloader is a reliable and simple to understand software solution designed to help you locate subtitles for your TV series or movies, which you can then save to your computer.

The application features a very basic and straightforward user interface, making it very easy to handle, even for computer novices, which means you will not need to waste too much time trying to get it to work.

The main window of SRTDownloader lets you load the movie whose subtitle you are after in just a few swift moves of your mouse, so you can commence the search right away.

In order to add the video you want to work with, you can either browse through your computer and input it manually, or you can drag and drop the file over the main window of the program.

You can opt between ‘Single File’ and ‘Folder (Batch Downloading)’, the latter requiring you to load the entire directory where the source movies are stored, into SRTDownloader, before being able to get the process started.

From the ‘Options’ tab of SRTDownloader, you can choose the language for your subtitle files, with several available choices, including English, French, Spanish, German, Romanian, Dutch, Portuguese, and others; you can pick one or several.

Finally, you can click on the ‘Download’ button and provided that the utility identifies the exact name of your videos on the web and matches them to SRTs, it will save the file(s) to your computer. Otherwise, it will simply inform you that no subtitle was found.
