EmailMerge Pro for Outlook is a useful add-in that allows you to improve your productivity by sending multiple personalized email messages. You can use templates and the contact information from Outlook or other application in order to create the messages.
The add-in includes a wizard that guides you through the entire process of creating the email and inserting the variable fields.
The Pro version includes advanced features such as redirecting emails based on the field data and using contacts from Access or Excel files. If you do not need these features you can try the Standard version.
