EverDesk features full support of POP3 protocol and a limited level of support for IMAP protocol. More features of IMAP protocol will be supported in the future versions of EverDesk.

When composing outgoing mail, you can choose from a list of signatures, use pre-designed stationery, have your text spell-checked, and even add an electronic vCard.
