OLfolders PE

OLfolders PE is a lightweight alternative to network sharing applications and allows you to transfer or access data across a small network in an easy way. The software enables you to access and share data or files with 10 other users in a peer-to-peer network.

The application works with Outlook and allows you to view tasks, send emails, browse through contact lists on all work stations, at the same time. Any changes that you, or another network user operates from one of the connected machines, can be viewed immediately.

The software enables you to perform tasks or modifications in real time, as is operating on your own computer.

You may configure one of the 11 work stations as an OLfoldersServer, and store all the important data on it. Any user can access it remotely and connect to the database, send emails or modify settings.

You may create user profiles for each of the network stations and configure their operating privileges. Thus a network user might be allowed to only view content from the OLfoldersServer, while others can have the right to modify data, send emails or create tasks.

The software also acts as an Outlook add-in and displays server connection shortcuts in the dedicated Outlook menu. You can easily configure the OLfoldersServer and set log in credentials for the users and administrators.

Moreover, you can create a folder for synchronized reminders or extract data from the specified Outlook directories. You can easily add the new folder to the Outlook list and enable all reminders to be automatically synchronized. You may set authorization levels and select which folders or profiles can be accessed by different users.

With OLfolders PE, accessing and transferring data across local networks can be done easily and instantly. You can operate the tasks or modifications, in real time, which means all the users who have the proper clearance can view the edited data instantly. You may configure one of the computers in the network as OLfoldersServer and let the other users connect to it remotely.
