The application comes with two different templates that you can choose from, with fully editable fields. It features preview functionality for each step, enabling you to take a look at the signature exactly as it would appear at the end of your e-mail in Outlook.

Once you selected the desired template, Signature Wizard enables you to edit all the fields with your own name and the name of your company, as well as other details, such as the mobile phone number, the e-mail address, location, address and PO box. Furthermore, you can enter the company URL, if available and a disclaimer text.
Before actually saving the signature and installing it into Outlook, Signature Wizard enables you to preview the result once more, just to be sure that all the data is correct. Unfortunately, there is no automatic typing correction or word suggestions, nor custom fields that you can add to the signatures, which would really add to the application's value.
