Speak-to-Mail - now you can write and send emails using voice recognition. Just open Speak-to-Mail and it reads the contact list from your email program and displays an email template. You can choose recipients, dictate your email and send it through your default email program entirely by speech. There are three editions of Speak-to-Mail to support Outlook Express, Outlook and Netscape 7.x. Includes a natural language model that let's you set up email with a single sentence, and speech recognition technology from Microsoft.
Speak-to-Mail lets you insert a contact’s email address just by saying the recipient’s name, and lets you dictate the subject and body of your email by speech entirely by speech. You can insert a signature, open an attachments dialog, and get a contacts phone or fax number, each with a single voice command. You can even sort your contact list
by first or last name using speech. Best of all, Speak-to-Mail works with your email program, so all your messages stay in one place.
With Speak-to-Mail you can compose and send emails using voice recognition , you can also insert a contact's email address by saying his name.
Speak-to-Mail also includes Natural Language Modeling technology that lets you setup an email with a single sentence. For example, you can say “send an email to John Smith about Tuesday’s meeting,” and Speak-to-Mail will place the John Smith’s email address in the “TO” field, “Tuesday’s meeting” in the subject field and your email is ready to dictate.

· At least 256 megs of RAM, 500 megs or more preferred.

· SoundBlaster or compatible sound card
· About a half-hour of your time to setup and train your own speech recognition profile and learn the program basics.
