Tbird2OE is a small and intuitive app that gives you the possibility of creating Office .EML messages from Thunderbird files (MBOX format). It can be effortlessly figured out, even by users with minimal or no experience in such tools.

Once the brief setup procedure is done, you can immediately access the program with the clean and intuitive layout. Tbird2OE may not strive in the visual department of the GUI but, at least it is simple to navigate.

Thanks to the Explorer-based layout, you can browse for Thunderbird files on your computer and make the selections for the conversion task. It is possible to process multiple files in a single session.

Tbird2OE recreates the folder structure of the Thunderbird items and processes even empty directories. All you have to do is point out the location where you want to save the Office .EML messages and initialize the conversion operation with the simple click of a button.

A few configuration settings are available for advanced users. You can select the filename codepage, replace invalid characters with something else, use the "Date" and "Subject" fields in the filename, as well as make the program remember the output directory for future conversion jobs.

Tbird2OE finishes a task rapidly while using a low amount of CPU and system memory, so it is not a concern to the computer's overall performance.
