Voice2Mail is a MS Outlook addin that lets you record and send voice messages

Voice2Mail is a Microsoft Outlook add-in which lets you record and send audio messages. It works with MS Outlook 2000, MS Outlook XP and MS Outlook 2003.

Also Voice2Mail will allow to record your conversations through Skype and MSN or you can create musical greeting cards and add your own voice to them.

All you need to do is speak and click, which will take less time than typing a message.

Your audio message will be compressed to mp3 format prior to sending to reduce file size and maintain sound quality. It is a friendly interface that is easy to use.

Here are some key features of "Voice2Mail":

· You can email a record as an MP3 file
A new mail message is created with your voice message compressed to mp3 format and added to the mail message as an attachment. If you click to mail a record while you are at a contact, task or calendar view, the record will be added to this object.
· Or you can send it as a voice mail
A new mail message is created in the HTML format. The message contains instruction for automatic playback of the voice message. This voice message is sent with the mail message as a concealed attachment. And it is played back immediately after the recipient opens the mail message.
· You can set the quality of audio recording by using the Voice2Mail settings .
· You can save a record to your disk
