Annotated Scrollbars is a handy extension that allows Google Chrome users to remember certain positions in a long webpage. The add-in allows you to jump to a certain scroll position with just one click.
The bookmarked places are marked on the scrollbar as notes which can be personalized with colors and small descriptions. Thus, you can organize your bookmarks and remember the reason for saving certain document sections.
Note: In order to install the extension you need to drag and drop the downloaded file in the Extensions tab.
